Watch Wake is an invite-only service for authorized public-safety agencies. Use this form to request access or get help with an existing iPhone or web account.

Use the address where you can receive our reply.

Do not include sensitive incident information.

What to include

Use your official department email address and describe the account or access issue. A Watch Wake administrator will reply to that address. Do not include patient information, dispatch comments, or other sensitive incident details.

Moving to a new iPhone does not require administrator approval. Sign in on the replacement phone and confirm the transfer when prompted; the prior phone will lose access.
